These Terms and Conditions govern the contract between the guest making the reservation (“Client”) and Livonn Suites. By proceeding with a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms mentioned below on behalf of all occupants.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the guest receives a confirmation email from Livonn Suites. Any verbal or provisional communication does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

2. Prices

All accommodation prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices do not include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless specifically mentioned.
GST must be paid at the prevailing government rate.

3. Method of Payment

The payment for the required accommodation booking can be done through credit/debit card, UPI or simply cash payment. Full payment must be made prior to the duration of your stay.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Guests can check into their preferred apartment after 2 pm on the day of their arrival. They can collect their keys from the reception desk. The apartment must be vacated by 10 am on the day of your departure and the keys must be left inside the apartment.

5. Occupancy rule

The number of guests staying in the apartment must strictly match the number mentioned in the booking confirmation email. Livonn Suites reserves the right to deny entry to additional guests if occupancy rules are violated.

6. Facilities

Livonn Suites serviced apartments are fully furnished and designed for comfort and convenience. Facilities include:
  • Air-conditioned bedrooms and living area
  • Fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, kettle, microwave, gas cylinder)
  • Refrigerator and common RO water purification system
  • Wi-Fi and Television
  • Housekeeping service
  • Routine maintenance
  • Power backup
  • CCTV surveillance
  • Outdoor car parking

7. Pets

Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this policy will attract a penalty as decided by the management of Livonn Suites.

8. Loss of Personal Belongings

Livonn Suites and its representatives shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the guest’s personal belongings or luggage. This exclusion does not apply to losses caused by mechanical or service-related failures from our side.

9. Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment and its contents in good condition.
Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
Any damage to utensils, furniture, equipment, or other property must be reported immediately.
Guests will be liable for repair or replacement costs as applicable.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 15 days or more prior to the arrival date: Full refund
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: No refund (100% booking amount forfeited)

11. Extension of Stay

Any request for stay extension must be informed in advance. Extension is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

12. Force Majeure

Provision of accommodation and services by Livonn Suites is subject to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or technical issues.

13. General Conditions

The booking process is complete only after a confirmation email is issued by Livonn Suites.
Acceptance of these terms is deemed complete once payment is made.
All services are provided as per availability and operational feasibility.
