• Inform Us: In case you face any issue kindly inform the Manager or Host immediately. We shall not be able to provide any refund if the issues are raised post-checkout. Any damage to the property is 100% chargeable.
• Registered Visitors: No Visitors will be allowed post 9 PM. No extra guest/visitor will be allowed to stay overnight. All visitors should leave by 9 PM.
• Occupancy: Studio Apartment: 2 Guests 1 BHK: 2 Guests 2 BHK : 4 Guests 3 BHK : 6 Guests Extra Occupancy is chargeable
• Parties: Loud music, parties, illegal substances, or drugs are not allowed inside the property.
• Electricity: Electricity charges are on actual consumable basis INR 12/Per Unit.
